1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bextrad ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or a prominent announcement on our website.

2. Description of Service

Bextrad provides an email verification and cleaning API that allows users to validate email addresses, detect bounces, spam traps, disposable addresses, and other email quality signals. The Service is accessed via REST API and dashboard interface.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Send more requests than your plan allows (rate limiting applies).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or abuse the API.
• Use the Service to verify email lists without proper consent from the data subjects.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.

5. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Usage overages are billed at the end of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Data Handling

Email addresses submitted for verification are processed in real time. We do not store submitted emails beyond the verification session unless you are on a plan that includes historical storage. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% API uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bextrad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your API keys will be deactivated and data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
